Very versatile tracker - whichever one you get.
The best thing about this app is that YOU determine what to track, how to measure/log data, etc. Want to know how activity X relates to medical symptom Y? This allows YOU to set that relationship.
First, before you get frustrated, understand this from their website: "Lumen Trails comes in 8 colors. They differ in the sample categories to get you started. The core functionality is the same. Each version is a fully functional, multi-purpose tracker that you can customize to track anything."
It would be so easy to end up with a half dozen trackers, particularly if you have, say, multiple health issues and meds to monitor, while wanting to track how things like exercise, meditation or biofeedback track against symptoms. Track your migraines here! Log your glucose levels there! Have asthma? Heres another app! And log exercise and meditation time in two more apps.
Now, want to see how time spent exercising or meditating tracks with your migraines?? Good luck with that!! Unless you have Lumen Trails. Just set up trackers in the same folder (or whatever they call them) for any category you want to compare against another, and soon - if youre faithful- youll have graphs that will show if more time spent doing X means fewer migraines or whatever. Heck - track hours of sleep versus fight with your boss. Or glasses of water per day versus specific.... I dont know, asthma symptoms?
The only flaw I find is in my own motivation to keep my trackers current, but Lumen cant really fix that!
BE CREATIVE, & ENJOY!
